Salli Bruell, President of B. Business Solutions, Inc. has been a quality, training, and consumer research professional for the past 20 years. Her quality and market research background has lead to a strong understanding of the importance of customer service in today's economy. She has worked in the areas of customer service and sales in the financial services industry. Previous work in manufacturing arenas has given her a very credible understanding of quality programs at the source and understanding why it is important to stay at the top of your game.

A Penn State Industrial Engineering degree provides Salli with the capability to create a simple mystery shop process that provides you with quality results and detailed analysis of the customer data collected.

Salli, with her husband and two daughters, is an avid outdoor enthusiast and enjoys activities such as: running, skiing, gardening, and biking. She also participates in school and community events and enjoys reading when there is time to relax.

Pamela Wilkinson, Operations Consultant to B. Business Solutions, Inc. has been a consumer research professional for the past 6 years. She also has 18 years experience in sales, marketing, and customer service. She is experienced in management, business operations, and direct sales. She has also spent several years working in the field as a mystery shopper, and working directly with business owners to improve their customer service and retention. This wide range of experience has given her a strong overall knowledge of what both customers and business owners expect. This aids in increasing customer satisfaction, employee productivity, and overall success in the business-client relationship.

Pamela is also a busy mother of four and part-time minister. Her interests include family activities, ministry work, community events, sales coaching and reading.
